In 2017 Grace created “Spiderweb Memories”, the first piece in the “Accidental Girl” series. The interwoven scenes in this inaugural piece were inspired by snapshots of Grace’s life. From there, “Accidental Girl” took a different path and became an SF story. Circling back to its namesake, “Spiderweb Memories II” continues the theme of personal narrative. It’s an ever-growing series of diaristic works drawn from the artist’s life. Physical and psychological events are present, representing a world that combines mundane reality and escapist fantasy.
